WHO WE ARE
Spectrum Acres is a gathering place for those on the autism spectrum, their family, and friends. It is a place to play, learn, connect, and thrive in what nature has to offer. Since our founding in 2015, we've made it our mission to help kids and adults with autism realize their own uniqueness and what they have to offer the world. By understanding, honouring, and celebrating what makes us all different, we foster strong families and communities where all individuals thrive.
"When you choose hope, anything is possible".

WHAT WE DO
COMMUNITY EVENTS AND GATHERINGS
At Spectrum Acres, we believe in the power and strength of community. Partnering with other community members, we offer events for those on the autism spectrum, other special abilities, and those who support them to come together, celebrate, and have fun. All events are created to nurture mind, body, and spirit in an environment that supports all to be their best. These events are free.
BOOKINGS FOR OUR SENSORY-FRIENDLY FARM
We offer our sensory-friendly barn, gardens, and natural space for families to book for their own enjoyment. Explore and discover what the farm has to offer on your own terms. We also welcome respite workers and group home staff and those they support. This is a free service.
Connect Respite Care
On a seasonal basis, Spectrum Acres is proud to offer 1-on-1 respite care for your child with autism. We honour the uniqueness and individuality of all children. By getting to know your child, we strive to create individualized programs to best suit their unique strengths, interests, and goals. We offer a wide variety of experiences, as well as a safe and loving space, for your child to create, connect with nature, and grow. All ages welcome!

A²Β-CASEIN DAIRY
After finding out the negative impacts of conventional dairy on their son, Anna and John changed the way they dairy farm. They are now proud producers of A²β-casein dairy, a type of dairy that bypasses some of the harmful effects that conventional milk can have sensitive individuals like those on the autism spectrum. They continue to advocate for change in the dairy industry where all milk can be A²β-casein dairy.
